Over 700 Freshers Laid Off By Infosys After Failing Assessments At Mysuru Campus: సాఫ్ట్ వేర్ కంపెనీలు క్యాంపస్ రిక్రూట్‌మెంట్లు చేసుకుని.. ఆఫ్ లైన్ రిక్రూట్‌మెంట్లు చేసుకుని ఫ్రెషర్స్ కు ఉద్యోగాలిస్తాయి. వారికి ప్రాపర్ ట్రైనింగ్ ఇచ్చి వారికి ఏఏ అంశాల్లో టాలెంట్ ఉందో చూసుకుని ఆయా విభాగాల్లో ఉద్యోగాలిస్తాయి. ఇలా ఇన్ ఫోసిస్ కూడా వందల మందిని రిక్రూట్ చేసుకుంది. ఆఫర్ లెటర్లు ఇచ్చింది. అందర్నీ మైసూర్ క్యాంపస్ కు పిలిచింది. టీ , కాఫీలు టిఫిన్లు పెట్టింది.. కానీ తర్వాత అలా తీసుకున్న వారిలో ఏడు వందల మందిని మిమ్మల్ని ఉద్యోగాల నుంచి తీసేశామని సమాచారం ఇచ్చింది. దాంతో వారందరూ హతాశులయ్యారు. ఈ వ్యవహారం సంచలనం రేపింది. పర్ ఫార్మెన్స్ బాగోలేకపోతే వేరే స్థాయిలో ఉద్యోగుల్ని తీసేయడం చూశాం కానీ ఫ్రెషర్స్ కూడా పంపేయడం ఇన్ ఫోసిస్ మాత్రమే చేస్తుందని విమర్శలు గుప్పిస్తున్నారు.

ఈ అంశంపై ఇన్ ఫోసిస్ కూడా స్పందిచింది. వారంతా అసెస్మెంట్ ఫెయిల్ అయ్యారని ఇన్ పోసిస్ ప్రకటించింది. ఒక్కొక్కరికి మూడేసి చాన్సులు ఇచ్చినా అసెస్మెంట్ కంప్లీట్ చేయలేకపోయారని తెలిపింది. అసెస్మెంట్ కంప్లీట్ చేయలేకపోతే.. తీసేస్తామని వారికి ఇచ్చిన ఆఫర్ లెటర్ లోకూడా చెప్పామని ఇన్ఫీ హెచ్ ఆర్ స్పష్టం చేసింది. ఇంటర్నల్ అసెస్‌మెంట్స్ కంప్లీట్ చేయడం తమ కంపెనీ పాలసీలో ఓ భాగమని.. వాటిని పూర్తి చేసిన వారని చేర్చుకుంటామని చెబుతున్నారు.

నిజానికి ఇలా ఉద్యోగాలు పోగొట్టుకున్న వారు రెండేళ్ల కిందటే ఆఫర్ లెటర్లు అందుకున్నారట. అయినా వారికి ప్లేస్ మెంట్ కల్పించడంలో ఇన్ ఫోసిస్ నిర్లక్ష్యం చేసిందని.. రెండేళ్లు ఆలస్యంగా ఉద్యోగం ఇచ్చి కూడా.. ఇప్పుడు అసెస్ మెంట్ పేరుతో తీసేశారని సాఫ్ట్ వేర్ ఉద్యోగ వర్గాలు చెబుతున్నాయి. ఐటీ ఎంప్లాయీస్ యూనియన్ ఐటీఈఎస్.. ఇన్ఫీ తీరుపై మండి పడుతోంది. కార్మిక మంత్రిత్వ శాఖ వద్ద కంప్లైంట్ ఫైల్ చేస్తామని ప్రకటించింది.
